"Frank's skill in asking the right questions is un-mistakable, and is at the core of his leadership philosophy.

The power of these questions cannot be underestimated, especially if you want to lead and not manage."

28. Dictatorship Is Never Leadership

Bossing people around, pressing your opinions, thoughts and ideas onto others is not leadership. Everyone can do that.

Wouldn’t you agree?

Remember: Leaders stay invisible and have their followers think it was all their doing.

27. Be Aware of Others—Show That You Care

Do you show respect?

25. Nerds

Real nerds may be brilliant and knowledgeable—but often nobody understands what they’re talking about! We have all seem them. Everywhere. The problem with nerds is that people don’t bother trying to understand them, even when they should be trying to—which is a loss for everyone.

Do your followers think that you are a nerd?

Remember: Leaders need to be understood or they will have no followers.

The Twisted Mind of Copyright Thieves

Stealing content is one thing—but being caught and then complaining?

Please take a look at Ada’s posting Sigh… another lifter in which she talks about a person who stole her image.

One would think that the right thing to do is to actually apologize.

Apparently that is not true in our world anymore.

The person who stole has put up this notice now:
Please excuse the black ugly words written over top of my Virginia Tech tribute. I have no idea how someone could have the heart to do this nor do I understand HOW they did it. I am working with eBay to find out who and they will be removing it. What a fallen world we live in!

WTF?

You are stealing and then you complain that you have been caught?

You scream for the authorities?

What do you expect from e-bay—to punish the copyright holder—so that you can steal?

You are right Displaced Victorian—what a twisted world in which someone steals and then asks for protection to be allowed to steal even more!?!

This is the more disgusting as this e-bay seller a-displaced-victorian has a a lot of other copyrights on their page.

Displaced Victorian—just in case you need a friendly note:
You are a dumbass thief and you deserve what you get.
You suck—big time!

Copyright laws are there to protect from thiefs like you—not the other way around.
