Many fail to become leaders because they either have no vision or they fail in creating a vision others can understand.
What is your vision?
Every vision needs a plan. When there’s no plan, deadlines are missed, budgets are overextended, people are unhappy, angry and exhausted, and someone will have to clean up the mess.Do you follow your plan religiously—with the necessary adjustments?
Remember: With vision and a plan success is only a step away.
